About Keyframe
Keyframe is a NYC based investment firm. Much of our focus to date has been on the disruptive impacts across markets of energy transition, and several related physical infrastructure categories.
We launched in 2019, and currently manage a portfolio of 30+ positions with ~$1.3b AUM, as we invest out of our second fund. We plan to begin investing our third fund shortly after you join. We target $25-75m investments; opportunities too small for institutional PE, credit, or infrastructure, and too large or complex for venture capital.
In your role as Investment Associate, you will play a key role in driving value in Funds I and II, and lead investment processes in Fund III.
You will hone your skills across investment diligence, financial modeling, corporate and capital structuring, negotiation, legal documentation, and portfolio operations. Keyframe has no functional work siloes, so your exposure to every step of the process will be high.
