Joe Kronsberg | Partner

Joseph Kronsberg has served as a director of OSG since August 2015. Mr. Kronsberg currently is a Partner with Keyframe Capital Partners, LP since October 2022. The firm is focused on energy and energy transition, as well as, distressed investing. He served in various roles at Cyrus Capital Partners, L.P. from 2006 until May 2021, including as Principal responsible for certain investments in the financial, shipping and energy sectors. Previously, Mr. Kronsberg worked at Greenhill & Co. as a generalist in its mergers & acquisitions and restructuring departments. He currently serves as a Director of International Seaways, Inc. (a former wholly-owned division of OSG). Mr. Kronsberg has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, from which he graduated summa cum laude.
