Max Zeger is an Associate at Keyframe, where he focuses on the intersection of real assets and the energy transition. Max is responsible for macro/industry research, investment due diligence, and portfolio company support.
Max began his career as a management consultant for Parthenon-EY, working primarily for private equity clients on commercial diligence and growth strategy for portfolio companies. After that, he joined Mint House, a real estate technology company, as its 3rd employee, where he served as Head of Strategy and Acquisitions, helping to scale the business to 100+ employees while raising $85M from Seed to Series B. Max also gained experience in the energy sector by starting a solar development company and a carbon credit trading business while in graduate school.
Max graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Hispanic Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.

In his free time, Max can be found reading Latin American literature, playing soccer at Brooklyn Bridge Park, or searching high and low for New York City’s best Dim Sum.
