Alison Elgass | Operations Associate

Alison is an analyst at Keyframe where she manages the team’s investment operations and processes. Alison also serves as a liaison to Keyframe portfolio companies.

Prior to Keyframe, Alison was an investment analyst at The Kresge Foundation, a philanthropic institution in metro Detroit working to expand opportunity in America's cities. There she helped managed the endowment's venture capital portfolio and DEI initiatives.

Alison graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree in applied math and a focus on entrepreneurship. Go blue!

In her free time, Alison enjoys volunteering in the community, searching for Brooklyn's best bakery, and winning trivia.
